Orders are prepared for pickup in the United States. Buyers may arrange collection through their preferred freight forwarder. For small orders that do not require palletization, Bozza Export also offers free local delivery to the buyer’s designated carrier, subject to prior confirmation. International shipping is arranged by the buyer.

ORDER & DELIVERY TERMS

Export & Pickup Terms

All orders are prepared for pickup at the confirmed location in the United States. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight, export documentation, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes and import requirements.

Upon request and prior approval, Bozza Export may deliver small, non-palletized orders to the buyer’s designated freight forwarder or door-to-door shipping company. Any applicable local delivery charge will be confirmed in advance. For these deliveries, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the designated carrier accepts and provides receipt of the merchandise. From that point forward, the carrier has custody of the shipment, and any transit or delivery claim must be handled directly between the buyer and the carrier.
